WORLDWIDE
Born and raised in Rural Vermont, I experienced homelessness for the first time at age 14 but with the help of my community I attended The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I acquired the skills necessary to create the emotionally provocative work you see today. Although my work personifies and is personally motivated it relates to the world at large as I know my feelings nor experiences are unique to me but rather are a reflection of the time and place I arrived. I hope my work can broaden everyone’s understanding of topics that may be hard to reach, difficult to discuss, or overwhelming so that we may reach a better understanding of each other and the validity in both our unique experiences and our differences.
